Flicker strike gone

Flicker Strike is not working anymore.
I was swapping boots to "Powertread" before boots like always, swapped "Fast Forward" Gem from CoC to Profane Ritual and couldnt use profane ritual anymore. When I clicked on quickslots, I had to realocate it. After that Flicker was gone and now it's bugged.

If I take out flicker strike, Ice strike disappears from my quickslots

I took out Ice Strike and now I cant equip that too. The Gems fit but nothings is appearing in quickslots and they dont show any information on tooltip. I was running this build before and didnt change anything. What the hell is this

Copying the gems with new ones to be the exact same in level, quality, perfection etc. makes them work. Its like my originally used gems are bugged.

Correction:
In the original post I meant to say "before boss" not "boots".
