Windserpents Fury bug (Maybe others too?)

Hey everyone

Ive recently started experiencing a bug where my Windserpents fury vanishes from my ability bar so I am completely unable to use the skill even though i have no characteristic point deficiencies and i cannot place any gems in the ability during this time either. A relog is a 100% way around this for me but hopefully this could be fixed and feel free to add your experiences here if you experience the same with Windserpent or even with another spell
