Problem logging into the game

Good day. Yesterday afternoon the game (POE2) worked fine, after that I can only enter the game menu but my characters do not load and I leave in the initial menu of the game. All my friends have this problem. I live in Russia. If there is any way to fix the problem, with great respect to you, the game is simply gorgeous.
