Character stuck in perma crashes

I have written to support but they told me to write here.

Is there anyone that can unstuck my character from Jungle Ruins? I played Jungle Ruins yesterday and everything was fine but today I got stuck in perma crashes. Now I can't even start a game, when I start a game with a character it crashes on loading screen. I tried not playing for 1 hour but it is still the same. I tried reinstalling after nothing helps. Can anyone just let me out of Jungle Ruins
