BUG REPORT ATLAS PASSIVE POINTS (POE2)

Hello, first time writing here hope i will not make mistakes.

I just dropped 2 passive skill point books, a crystalline and a vanquisher (+5, +2). I read the 2 books before making choices, but the counter just show 5 points instead of 7 (and even the allocation was 5 instead of 7).

Hope you can fix this (and maybe give me back my 2 points?)
