Corrupted Nexus and Unique Map granted no Atlas Points

I completed all corrupted nexus lvl 15+ and got my 34 Atlas points.then I saw another corrupted nexus and finished that with lvl 15 Waystone. It gave me NO Atlas points.

So I decided to do A unique Map that clearly said that completing this Map will grants Atlast points. I completed it with lvl 15 Waystone and I againt got no Atlast points.
Now I am stuck with 34 atladt points and no corrupted nexus to be seen and only one Unique Map left.

If this game has more bugs please let us know so I can halt everything till the developers are able to sort out these issues.
