Not able to load character

I got into a POE 2 map and game crashed. It crashes ever since when I try to play with this character (HapsXD), and effectively I cant access this character.
Other characters work fine. Tried different servers, lowered graphics, still the same issue.
Is it possible to return to hideout/access the character in any way?
