Burning Monolith Wont Accept Crisis Fragments ps5

Hello

ive been trying to get help with this for a while now and ive been directed here, so my game is at a stand still - I cant get in burning monolith - I put my first key in worked fine, my other two keys wont go in, have tried to make it work on my PC version but still doesn't work. Please help

ive seen some fixes saying hold down alt on PC but its not working - ive seen possible fixes involved holding alt on pc or unplugging controller.. doesn't help

please fix as I'm just at a loss of what to do..

Looking at the video, it seems that you have 3 of the same Crisis Fragment.

The door requires you insert 1 of each of the 3 different Crisis Fragments.
