Lack of white stellar amulets

I have found a grand total of 4 white stellar amulets this season in about 300 hours of playtime. They are ten times rarer than divine orbs for me. All other white amulet bases are way more frequent.

Am I the only one?

Please fix this. At least let use our Chance Orbs to try and get some useful uniques ffs.

There are 7000 or more on Trade, 3000 at about 1 Alc. So if you want to do chancing just buy some.
