LOST BREACH RINGS

Hi, I have ran about 40 breach maps and tried crafting some breach rings. however during halfway, the other half ( approx 20-30 breach rings ) disappeared in my stash. my reference number is 490,182,340. I dont understand where it went but just a disappointed that it vanished.
