Random Crash Nexus node

I was running a map on a Corrupted Nexus node and I had a random server crash.

I know these things happen so no big deal but when I logged back in I could not resume the map and now the Nexus node is marked as complete but all the surrounding nodes are still flagged as corrupted and I did not get my atlas points.
