Tiered Items Don’t Match Affix Tier Update (Ground Loot “Tier X” + etc…)

After changing the items to appropriately display Tier 1 affixes as the highest tier, I realized today that ground loot labeled with a Tier doesn’t match the new system.

For example I picked up a T5 item to test, which previously would have had a decent chance of being good (still does, labeling convention is just weird now) and it had 1 T6 affix, 1 T1 affix, and 3 T4 affixes.

The outlier of the T6 affix exposes the flaw in the updated tiered affix system against the ground loot tiered labeling convention.
