Character stuck in loading screen

I was told to come here by support. I have a huntress stuck in a permanent loading screen going into the chimeral wetlands in act 3 cruel. This has happened twice loading into the jungle ruins but a simple reset of the game fixed it. However resetting isn't working and I don't have a second controller to try the couch coop idea I see people recommending.

Got a second controller solved the issue by signing into couch coop into a new character

I'm having the same issue in diferents maps in the endgame
