[Xbox] Unknown Guild Members Bug

Console: Xbox Series X
Gateway: Auto (Typically connects to California)
Repetable: 100% of the time anytime I login, no matter the guild I'm in.
Connection type: Ethernet
Nat Type: Open
Gamertag: Taillow500


Hi! For the last year every time I login and look at the guild roster it lists all members as Unknown. Its persisted through multiple different guilds. I'm never able to see the name of the players or the character names. It doesn't matter if the players are online or offline it either shows blank or Unknown. Its very very frustrating.

I have an Xbox Series X and an open NAT. For whatever reason my husband's Xbox account (He has his own Series X Console) on the same Network is able to view the guild roster however my Xbox account is unable to see the names of players. This is not secific to the console because I can login to his Xbox and the guild roster still says Unknown no matter what console I'm logged into.
