Flowing Metal + Forged in Flame Not working

Forged in Flame: Modifiers to maximum fire resistance also grant maximum cold and lightning resistance.

Flowing Metal: Body armour grants +5 to maximum fire resistance

These two should synergize based on the wording. But it doesn't.

Edit: Nvm, it does. I just didn't cap my resistance.
