июн. 14, 2025 9:27 PM (GMT-4) - For the Secrets of the Atlas PlayStation players, we have released the same game client as package 1024 for PS5. If you had issues downloading package 1023, please try updating now. This should resolve the problem.

Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue! We'll update our PlayStation users as soon as we know more.

Xbox: The client is ready, but we're still unable to publish it to production. We've escalated the issue with the Xbox team.

PS4/PS5: The client is published and downloadable for many, but in some regions it's not appearing. We're working with Sony to resolve this global issue ASAP.

июн. 14, 2025 4:12 AM (GMT-4) - PlayStation 5 users will shortly be able to download Path of Exile: Secrets of the Atlas! Realms will be available at 2am PDT, roughly 1 hour from this post.

июн. 14, 2025 2:02 AM (GMT-4) - To our console players, we have identified the source of the problem on our end and have fixed the clients.

Both platforms are now in certification. We will be able to release them in the next 4-14 hours depending on them passing certification.

Because it's an uncertain time, we have decided to postpone the console race and will run it at the same time as the second PC event race.

For PlayStation players, we expect PS5 clients to pass certifications faster than PS4 clients. When the PS5 client is ready to be released we will be opening the PlayStation realm, and a few hours after that the PS4 clients should become available.

июн. 13, 2025 7:08 PM (GMT-4) - We're currently working on fixes for the console version of Secrets of the Atlas, however we'll need to resubmit for certification once the fixes have been completed, which can take some time. At this stage, we expect to be able to deploy the expansion on consoles within a day. Thank you for your ongoing patience.

Additionally there are currently networking issues in a few regions in Asia and Europe and we are contacting our server providers to try to get this resolved as soon as possible. For our Console players, we regrettably still do not have an ETA, an update will be provided as soon as we have more information. июн. 13, 2025 3:53 PM (GMT-4) - There's currently a known issue in Secrets of the Atlas causing the Mac Steam Client to crash. We're working on a fix for this, but the Standalone Mac Client can be used in the meantime.

июн. 13, 2025 3:30 PM (GMT-4) - We found some issues with the final console build for Secrets of the Atlas that means it won't be ready for launch. This issue didn't affect our internal realms so it wasn't found until now. We're working on repackaging now and will get Secrets of the Atlas out on consoles ASAP. We sincerely apologise for these delays.
