Xesht Bug, Randomly Stops Attacking, & Stuck walking after many attacks

1. I'm fighting Xesht and over half my attacks don't hit him. Lightning arrow with lightning rods for some reason the lightning arrow just ends up shooting at like a 90 degree angle missing Xesht and just not hitting and burst the rods. When i place orb of storms on Lightning rods it does burst and hit Xesht so he can be damaged and i dont think it has anything to do with Accuracy as i have not have any of these problems with other bosses in the game. also this happen on every Tier.(T-1 or higher)

2. often times I find that when i am attacking with Lightning Arrow that the attacks will just stop even when Im holding the skill button. I end up walking with my character just stuck not attacking.

3. So for this last one I have movement speed of about 60% and sometimes after many attacks my chacter will get stuck walking until I Attack again. gets super annoying sometimes when im just running through maps.
