Omen and Talisman Appearance Rates

Fox and Rabbit Talisman rates have become abysmal despite alleged improvements to item drop-rates.

Omens are even more rare than before - despite alleged improvements to their frequency.

This has to be a bug or miscalculation in their itemization. Please investigate.
