Where are the Memory Tears?

I am in Standard on Xbox and have completed the Initial quest with Eagon. I have run countless maps with and without Originator influence and NO MEMORY TEARS!!!! I thought the whole point to this league was the Secrets of the Atlas. Was the Secret that we won't get any TEARS??? Please fix or let me know what is wrong! HELP GGG!!!!
