In ToC when escorting the Idol sometimes if u stand beneath it or use travel skills to jump beneath it , when it lands,lands on you and instantly kills you, even with Omen of Resurgence in bag :) Hope you guys can look into it , thanks.

Also Omen of Resurgence does not ALWAYS work if kept in the Titan bag
