Did they revert the loot changes?

I took a couple weeks off and when I came back , rares are back to dropping only gold , expeditions are only dropping 6 currency for a full expedition , wisps don't seem to be adding anything again. Also I got 2 of those big troves from logbooks expedition and both only dropped 2 currency.(exalted orb and alchemy) They used to drop a ton of stuff.
