This is a build that focus on the new unique weapon -- The Last Lament Desolate Crossbow. It has 2 points as game changer:

- Sacrifice 300 Life to not consume the last bolt when firing (cost 300 life to avoid reloading crossbow)
- Grant a new skill Compose Requiem (very high DPS with cold damage)

So this build is trying to:

- Ensure unlimited bolts but remain on full life via Life Leech
- All in cold damage
