+12 Passive Skill points for patch 0.3.0

Since we are getting +12 for each Act (12 for 1-3 & 12 for cruel 1-3), any positive discussion that we can get +12 from the "missing content" mentioned on Youtube when patch 0.3.0 drops?

I think it will make a good + specially for the end game.
