Blink sometimes not working after weapon Swap

Blink sometimes not working after weapon Swap.

taking the skill gem out and just resocket fixes it but definitely something wrong with the weapon swap+blink.

i think there have been numerous other reports of the same issue from others

Interestingly, I have the same issue with Shield Charge intermittently.
