I feel the trade site should truncate old listings
I actually hope the trade site dies (politely :) ) and we get in-game automated trading.
But since I guess you guys have had over 10 years development time and still haven't been able to solve this problem, let's do something for "legacy listings". Situation: There are a lot of listings in an ageing league for items that, let's face it, will never, ever get sold. They're there for three reasons: 1) they were mis-priced to start with (YMMV - but "price fixing" comes to mind) 2) they were put up in good faith, but these players have not been on in 'forever' and so they're just distorted 3) the owner just went with "me-too" prices, and their item is uninteresting for every player apart from them, who are, well ... they dovetail in to point 1. Proposal: I'd like, rather than see "online" vs "offline" as a simple binary choice - to recommend that listings beyond four weeks old are naturally moved in to a status of "stale". The be refreshed if a player reviews them and changes their price (up or down, up to them!). Benefit: The market is more reflective of players who are still active, and prices reflect market values for realistically obtainable items much better. Players listing their items are better informed of real-time market prices. Last bumped26 июн. 2025 г., 06:37:27

You can already filter items based on their listing time, e.g., show only items that have been listed no longer than 4 weeks ago.
Isn't this basically what you asked for? Последняя редакция: sstd_#0333. Время: 25 июн. 2025 г., 16:22:14
