Waystones for Twinks?

Just finished the campaign with a twink and as mentioned it already some time before, Ican only buy waystones tier 14..

So..

If my current low amount of lower waystones is gone, I can't progress any further or will end in some ever going on xp loss with higher tiers waystones..

And it's very hard to get some on SSF..

Please fix that and make the buyable waystone tiers matching charlvl..
