Loosing Mana Flasks.. ?!? - PS5 *solved*

I recognized already yesterday, that I'm kinda loosing full mana flasks, so I went today into this a bit deeper..

The char is a Titan.. I've found nothing on my items, skills, passives or used jewels what would me make use full flasks of mana.. I've even no key bound to drink a mana flask for testing..

I start a map with 10 flasks and after some fighting they already dropped down and keep dropping down to 0 even I never used a single of them and was always waiting for normal mana refresh..


Any hints or tips what would cause this?!?
