Item disappearing

Hello, I'm reporting a bug that causes the chest piece The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour to disappear from the character.
In Herald of Ash, I equipped Deadly Herald, Amplified Effect, Fire Mastery and Swift Affliction (this support is what causes the bug). When I enter a map, the chest piece disappears and I have to close and reopen the game. When I return, it disappears with the support gem.
