Banners can't be supported by font of rage

Banners are clearly stationary objects and should be able to be supported by Font of Rage.

it would only grants 12 rage on top of 50 valour (75 maxed) wich is huge alone and there wouldnt be uptime since the banner loads over time, would it be that big thing to have?

i agree with the stationary objects thing tho since FoR is clearly tagged Totem but can be used in orb of storms wich aint a totem.
