Lost ascendency points!

please help after completing my 3rd trial to get my 9 points the alter was greyed out i went to balbala and refunded as directed by search on this problem now all my points arfe gone

" Dawg.. do you know where you are? --- I believe with 3rd ascendency you should have 6 points. But, if they are all gone that is strange, though i have never used balbala to refund ascendency points. Do you have end game unlocked by chance? Try going to doriyani and do "Reset Passives", it works with ascendency points, perhaps they will be assignable again. However, if you were not able to click the statue in the trial at all, and the passive screen did NOT pop up, that means that the points were not accredited. Meaning you would have to do the trial again to get your 6 points. If you have already gotten your 6 points in the past, and are expecting more points for a 3 floor trial, that is not how it works (though i figure you likely know this, but i will just state it just in case.)
