Abyss not closing [PS5] 462982815

Sometimes the Abyss just stays open, spawns 4-5 monsters even though the spire appeared. Its not leading to a depth nor spawning more spires.

I also occasionally get this bug.

I *think* it happens when kill the Stygian Spire after it has started the spawning animation but before the mobs actually appear. I don't think it's 100% of the time when you do this, but I do think it's one of the conditions.
