Progression Blocking bug.

Don’t know exactly what’s triggered it, but I’ve just reached Jiquani’s Machinarium (on a new char) and the Stone Altar for advancing further in won’t actually function, I have the soul core and every time I active the stone altar my character just walks in front of it and does nothing.

Restarting the instance fixed whatever the issue was.
