Donation Fountain Of Good Luck Hideout Item

As a child I fondly remember visiting water fountains or water decorations and people would toss their coins in for "Good Luck". While running maps with others I've had this recurring thought that it would be neat if I could click on something in their hideout and "Donate" some currency.
