Boss Bug – Phase Change Broken When Bursting

Not sure if this issue has already been reported — honestly, I don't feel like digging through all the posts to check. I've encountered the same "bug" twice today: Citadel bosses handle phase transitions very poorly when they're bursted. First time was with Jamanra. He barely started his phase 1, I bursted him to half HP, and instead of stopping and transitioning to P2, he dumped all his P1 attacks at once: AoE, lightning pillars, adds spawning, the NPC casting the shield — All of it. At the same time. Needless to say: wipe. Second time was Doryani. Same story: boss barely begins P1, I nuke him to half HP, but he stays stuck in P1 for ~5 seconds, throwing all his attacks at once like he's speedrunning his own script. It's like the boss must complete his entire P1 attack cycle before he’s “allowed” to move on to phase 2. I had moved to the center of the arena to prep for P2 — he walks up, does his cone AoE from P1 — wipe. In both cases, the attacks come out so fast that there’s no time to react. It genuinely feels like the boss goes into "400% speed mode" to catch up on his script. The weirdest part? I do these bosses regularly while power leveling people, and this never happens — because they die too fast to even start their P1 routines. But if — god forbid — the boss survives an extra second or two and starts his attack cycle, then it's like he's locked into P1 until every single cast has gone off. Honestly, this is a serious problem. Phase transitions should be much smoother, so you don’t get punished for dealing high damage at the wrong time and end up eating the entire P1 moveset just because the boss is slow to realize he’s at 50% HP.
