Rituals Bugged in On Channel Maps

I marked the zone as RitBugged/TerraRoom on my account/map, so you can investigate. Ritual, stage 3, initiated in the terracotta room. After killing a few mobs, terracotta soldiers spawned, but not active, just as statues. No way to kill them, had to zone out and abandon run.

I have previously seen similar Rituals bugged in the Channel zone other, misc locations throughout the maze. Something is not working right here. Please fix.
