Drowning Orbs killing players faster with debuff expiry stat
For some reason Drowning Orb is counted as debuff and when the debuff expires it kills player, thus making stat that is supposed to be helpful for players actively kill them faster, which makes no sense as nothing else in the game behaves like this.

How is this a bug? Drowning is a debuff because it's a detrimental effect. The faster it runs out the sooner you die, so you definitely don’t want it to expire while it’s on you. Yes, is behaves differently from most debuffs, but things can vary widely by design.

Shouldn't it be the opposite, because you die when it runs out it's actually a buff keeping you alive in the drowning orb area
