Audio quality is fixed after the latest hotfix

It took almost an entire year, but I'm happy to report the audio is entirely fixed now. No more constant clicks and pops and distorted sound. I can finally play this game at normal volume.

With 0.2.1c I think the audio is slightly worse with some clicks and distortion happening in the Ziggurat Refuge.
