spirial volley bugged on my char

Ok used to use it all the time, now it does not work at all.

The other day, when hitting the right arrow to bring the extended info up, i had a single line of 1..0..1..0 weird numbers appear and nothing else.

After playing with it i got right numeric info again but it still doesn't work.

Please help
