If the server stability doesn't improve we're cooked

Why does my latency look like a heart monitor? Its giving me a heart attack so it fits. Its literally every damn day with this random instability. I've had no less than a dozen calls with tech support, my connection is absolutely perfect butter smooth every time, no issues. Usually I can switch to a different realm and escape the pain, but it's literally everywhere tonight. Why the hell does my connection even matter when I'm playing solo? Dumb design choice.

PS I still love the game give me more please
