Playerr Character Dialouge

Minor bug where I can hear my character speak but the dialogue itself isn't showing up in green in the chat box. I have the setting on that supposed to show it in the chat, I can see all npc and merc dialogue pop up but not mines for some reason.

Nevermind to this issue. It was just my game being stupid and kept disabling the local chat tab whenever I logged in. Don't know why it kept doing it but it's good now.
