Details on Console crashes

I played for 1 hour with no issues, almost the whole act4 on gauntlet.

After defeating malachai i crashed once while idle in town.

Then next zones started to take like 2 minutes to load each, it was very noticeable.

On Slave Pens (first act5 zone) i started to get constant freezes while walking, even without enemies on screen.

I crashed twice on the unique enemy just before reaching act 5 town, just as he started casting lightning balls/lightning pillars.

Then i restarted my console and crashed again after playing just 10 seconds, no enemies on my screen.
