Why do you expect something that affects YOU to benefit something that is NOT YOU?

Sure, but totems and minions are not you, the character.

" Dont know what you're trying to tell me here because thats pretty obvious... Then let me understand why Resolute Technique ("YOUR hits cannot be evaded") apply to totems and cannibalism doesnt. I agree totems have some kind of unintuitive interactions, but the basic idea is:
-they use YOUR global stats for offense. -they have THEIR OWN weapon, local stats on your weapon don't affect them If your hits can't miss then their hits can't miss (Resolute Technique), but if they hit with their weapon your character is not the one registering the hits or getting the kills. So yeah cannibalism doesn't work. You also can't leech life, or trigger any On Hit or On Kill abilities if its your totem doing the damage. |
