Glory Mechanic

Cant use hammer of gods because heavy stuns on bosses arent generating the 20 glory to use it.

I managed to use one hammer on crypt's boss after 3 consecutive heavy stuns.
How does this thing work?

Edit : I'm playing shockwave totems, armour breaker, earthquake, infernal and sismic cry.
Just dont tell me heavy stuns from totems dont count....
