Bind Spectre

No matter what I bind the Bind Spectre skill to, all it does is toggle the show/hide loot command.

It doesn't seem to be working for me in act 4. If I go back to a previous act it works fine.

Bind spectre is disabled in act 4 (except for abyss monsters) along with tame beast.
