Unable to toggle all my skills- ref number 1120122961

Hello,

I am a level 80 Sorceress Chronomancer and I am unable to turn on my convalesence, cast on freeze, blasphemy and my skelatal minions at the same time and my minions no longer summon at all. I have a total of 251 spirit and it says I have enough in reserve. I'm using a Lifesprig Attuned Wand and a Havoc Song Rattling Sceptre as my set 1 weapons and a Maelstrom Gnarl Chiming Staff on set 2. It only allows me to use Cast on Freeze when I select it on Set2 only. Please advise. Thank you.
