London Server Issue

I am having issues with rubber banding/stuttering on the London server as I am in the UK.

The ms on the latency information is jumping up and down from 17 to over 200 in seconds, which in game, plays like the game is stuttering all the time, even when standing still.

I joined the Frankfurt server which is showing 28ms, and it is steady at that, fluctuating around 28/30 and game play feels smooth.

I have tested my own line and every thing checks out, is any one else having these issues, its been getting worse over the last week.

Same here. I literally google it to be sure it wasn't me.
Frankfurt works amazingly well
