Add PSF (Party Self-Found mode)

Similar to SSF but you can play with a party of friends.
Requirement to start the mode with your party of friends and cannot invite more after starting and/or cannot leave a party of friends after joining one. me and my friends are up for this. We already playing leagues in poe1 in party-sf, yet it would be much more authentic to have this as a separate mod as ssf
