Twitch drops given for a very limited time

Greetings, I'd like to point out that the available time within which players were able to acquire the Sun Priest's Incineration Finisher was very limited, and almost prohibiting for anywhere outside the american timezones. Personally I came home from work 2 hours after the stream began and went straight to bed.

I do hope someone reads this so this issue will be addressed. It'll be a good idea to have this item return, along with future items to be given away as twitch drops. A 48-72 hour period to watch the eligible streams, should more than suffice.
