Warcaller's Bellow Notable oversight!

There appears to be an issue with Warcaller's Bellow ignore Warcry CD and the changes made to Seismic Cry and Infernal Cry.

- Now allows you to expend an endurance charge to bypass the cooldown, rather than consuming endurance charges to empower additional attacks.

This basically translate to consume endurance charges without doing nothing...cause you already don't have cooldowns on those War cry.

This is just broken in the bad sense of the way. A warcry build hampered by being a warcry build.

Please don't miss this and make something to not consume endurance charges for nothing.
