Saying an item can no longer drop doesn't sound to me that all existing items are being removed from the game. Yet I see a lot of people saying that it's being straight up deleted. Does anyone have any clarification on this?

" No it wont be deleted, becouse it will ruin ton of Merc builds. No longer drops to prevent newbies using this build. But yea dont expect bufs when the time comes... Nerfs will make the item painfully unplayable. |

doesn't drop means it won't be in the following league.
